Is all of the artwork original?
Every design on isabelroseart.com starts with an original painting on canvas or wood by Isabel. Prints and apparel feature reproductions of her artwork.
Are prints made to order?
Yes. Each print is made to order using archival-quality giclée printing. Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for production before your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 5–10 business days, including production time. Canadian orders typically arrive within 9–22 business days. For original artwork, each piece is carefully packaged for safe delivery with certificate of authenticity included and signature required. Therefore, pease allow 7-15 business days for shipping of original artwork. For questions about packaging, insurance, or special handling, please contact us before placing your order. What is your return policy?
Because all fine art prints, canvas prints, and apparel are made to order, and original paintings are one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, sizing, or personal preference. Are the textures and imperfections in my art print intentional?
My art prints are designed to faithfully reproduce the original paintings, including visible brushstrokes, canvas textures, wood grain, grooves, and other natural details. These characteristics are intentionally preserved in the printed image to capture the depth and character of the original artwork. They're part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered printing defects.
Do you ship internationally?
Isabel Rose Art currently ships within the United States and to Canada. Shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout. Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Do you take commissions?
Yes. I accept a limited number of commissions throughout the year. If there’s a landscape or place that means something to you, send me a note through the contact page with a few details about what you have in mind. I’ll be in touch about availability, pricing, and next steps.
